PUBLIC ART
In Honor of the Worker is a 15 foot aluminum sculpture created by Tallahassee artist Mark Dickson. The work was created for the History and Culture Trail, the largest infusion of outdoor public art in Tallahassee/Leon County history. In partnership with the Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency, Leon County Government, and the City of Tallahassee.
We Are All One consists of two cohesive but distinct, 20 foot tall murals created by Canadian artist Yasaman Mehrsa. The works were created for the History and Culture Trail, the largest infusion of outdoor public art in Tallahassee/Leon County history. In partnership with the Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency, Leon County Government, and the City of Tallahassee.
A Stroll Down Seaboard Street is a 200 foot long mural by New Jersey Artist How Cowdrey. The work was created for the History and Culture Trail, the largest infusion of outdoor public art in Tallahassee/Leon County history. In partnership with the Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency, Leon County Government, and the City of Tallahassee.
Long term exhibition of Quark, a 70 foot steel sculpture created by nationally renowned Chattanooga artist John Henry. The piece weighs more than 20 tons. In partnership with John Henry and the City of Tallahassee.
The Voice of Trees - Tallahassee project is part of a global initiative celebrating the voices of poets and linking their work to the landscape. In partnership with 100,000 Poets for Change and the City of Tallahassee’s Parks, Recreation & Neighborhood Affairs Department.
Poems on Panes - A community building initiative that engaged local writers and business owners along with readers in discovering poetry in public places. In partnership with the Tallahassee Downtown Improvement Authority.
ARTS EDUCATION
Keynote presentation for the Art and Education for Social Justice Symposium hosted by Florida State University's Department of Art Education. Attendees represented local, regional, national, and international institutions.

Master class series designed to teach high school students how to succeed as arts entrepreneurs. The series kicked off the inaugural Business in the Arts course at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts in Jacksonville, Florida.

The Symphonic Safari Adventure Activity Book is an exploration of the wild world of musical instruments for 2nd-4th graders. In partnership with the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra and the Florida Center for Reading Research.
The Arts Integration Symposium provided arts training to teachers in all subject areas and grade levels. In partnership with Opening Nights at Florida State University, Focus 5, Inc., Leon County Schools, the Florida Alliance for Arts Education, and the Florida Center for Partnerships for Arts Integrated Teaching at the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee.
Professional development bookmaking seminar for visual art teachers. In partnership with Duke Energy Foundation, Leon County Schools, and the Florida State University Department of Art Education.
Professional development drumming seminar for elementary school music teachers. In partnership with Duke Energy Foundation, Leon County Schools, and The Giving Tree Music.
SPECIAL EVENTS
The History and Culture Trail Artful Celebration Kick Off event, press conference, and community mural painting experience. In partnership with Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency, Leon County Government, the City of Tallahassee, and Canadian artist Yasaman Mehrsa.
